Custom Home Gym Flooring Installation | Broadmoor Oaks – Colorado Springs, CO 80906

We had the pleasure of transforming a home gym in the beautiful Broadmoor Oaks neighborhood near Cheyenne Mountain with new, customer-selected rubber flooring.

Our goal was to create a clean, professional finish reminiscent of a luxury athletic club. We paid special attention to preparing the concrete surface and creating smooth, attractive transitions between the new rubber flooring and the surrounding carpet.

One detail we're particularly proud of was our approach to the flooring transitions. We initially recommended a concealed-fastener option, but after researching customer reviews and gathering feedback from others with firsthand experience, we decided a different product would offer better long-term durability. Sometimes going above and beyond means taking the time to question your first recommendation and find a better solution.

The result is a beautiful, functional home gym with a polished finish that complements the rest of the home.

We also love working with customer-supplied materials! Our customers are welcome to select and purchase their own flooring, doors, fixtures, and other products. This gives homeowners greater control over their projects, helps avoid unnecessary material costs, and allows us to focus on what we do best: quality craftsmanship and professional installation.
